As a leader, reviewing the structures your school is using to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion is an essential leadership activity. Taking time to review current data and evaluate the effectiveness of the current structures to ensure they are representative of the school community stakeholders and are meeting the diverse needs of the school community is one step toward building and supporting a shared vision and mission and building positive school ethos.
