To what extent are rich countries responsible for causing extreme poverty in poor nations?
Background
Is poverty the fault of rich countries? In this unit we looked at some causes of extreme poverty, and briefly considered the idea that rich countries could fix poverty very quickly and cheaply. We did not have time to look more deeply into the idea that rich countries are at fault. This is your chance to research and analyze this idea and come to your own conclusions.
