ARU Embracing Body Diversity and Well Being Discussion

Overview

please respond to Jaylynn with. 150 words

My BMI is correct I feel, I am what I should weigh for my height. I have always been thin and tall, but I have more weight on my thighs for sure. In high school I weighted a bit more, and was a size 8 in pants. And after high school I lost weight for whatever reason, and have been a size 6 in pants since. This was over 10 years ago. I feel heavy for my size sometimes, but I think that is body dysphoria, thanks to social media showing me super thin girls making me think that everyone looks like that.

I think that I just have to eat a bit more better and calculated, but overall I think I am healthy and have maintained my weight very well over the years.I think there are too many factors to consider what each individual persons BMI actually is. I believe there is not a one size fits all way to judge if someone is healthy.
