I wash my hands a lot through out the day, every time i use the bathroom or help my child wipe, before and after i eat, serve food, or make dinner and before and after i handle raw meats. As far as changing my baby’s diaper i try to wash my hands after every diaper change but sometimes I’m so busy i just use the Hand sanitizer, we have one in every room, i also have it in my car so i use that as well after pumping gas, paying for something at a drive through. I usually sneeze and cough into my shirt or sweater or my elbow… lol and if i do sneeze or cough into my hands i use hand sanitizer if I’m not near a sink. We use antibacterial soap in our home.
