Overview
Good news. The work is already done, I just need it to be revised and to apply the feedback I received from my professor towards the final draft. Attached you'll find the draft learning plan, however, as stated, some feedback was received.

The overall content of your Learning Plan looks good, however, needs more detail as it needs to be measurable.
Each task behavior needs to be measurable by listing evidence of the work and when it will be done by.
For example, 3.1. Once you identify the challenges the client is facing what will you do next and by when?
Once you become familiar with local advocacy what will you do next? Perhaps, you will make a list of such agencies and present them to the agency by midterm. You choose what you wish to do, just be sure what you will do is listed in a measurable way and within a time frame for each behavior.
Please go through each behavior and make sure it is in the SMART format, specifying how it will be measured and within what time frame.
