Provide A summary of the interview demonstrating interviewing skills and an understanding of the interview process and a brief reflective paper (800 – 1000 words) of the techniques utilized, the rationale for their use and reflections on the interview, are to be submitted. APA 7th edition style of referencing and acceptable language and grammar are expected.
Scenario
Jerry is a 30-year-old man who has been struggling with substance abuse for over ten (10) years but has been
clean for the last five years. Recently, he connected with some friends who he previously engaged in drug use
with and after a weekend of socializing with them, he failed to show up to work for two days. On his return to
work his absence was invested and he was asked to visit your agency to discuss the matter with the asocial
worker.
Engage in a stimulating interview using the scenario between you and a colleague
Prepare a brief reflective paper (800 – 1000 words) which will accompany the record of the interview.

- What were the main techniques that I used?
