Overview
The Course Capstone Project is a sustained research and analysis project that you will work on throughout the course. In this project, you will write a proposal to create and maintain a partnership or coalition that will have a positive impact on your selected health issue.
Complete the following tasks this week:
Complete your Course Capstone Project (research proposal). Your proposal must be a minimum of 2100–2450 words long, not including the title page. Each of the following components is required:
- Problem statement (175 words)
- Explain the health issue.
- Write a complete explanation of the health issue and target population.
- Describe current work on this issue.
- Write a complete description of existing groups or associations working on this issue.
- Coalition Plan of Action (1050–1400 words)
- Explain the intentions of your new coalition or partnership.
- Explain how stakeholders will be identified.
- Explain the mission and vision of your coalition or partnership.
- Explain the objectives and goals of your newly formed group.
- Explain how your group will be structured and organized.
- Include how responsibilities will be divided among the group members.
