I was thinking for the speech we could use the topic or discuss on our laws with theft are. I need to do some research to find out the details but what I have heard, which is quite unbelievable, is that if you steal anything under $1,000, they will not take you to jail. Many businesses are going out of business because of this and what is the point of owning a business. Whoever has defunded common sense needs to go! Nor can we put a hand on the person to recover the stolen items. The people who are committing these crimes will continue to do so and commit even worse crimes in the future since there is no justice. Action reaction.
