DISCUSSION: SUMMARY AND REFLECTION ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW Reflection is the impetus for reviewing and assessing knowledge learned by students, affords time to think about how well the knowledge has been assimilated, and strengthens that knowledge in their minds (Chang, 2019). This assignment provides the opportunity to reflect on your progress in this course and to discuss how far you have come in developing the foundation for your dissertation study.

Also, discuss your next steps and plans you have for completing your dissertation. There is no specific word count expected for this post, but it must be substantial and worthy of a doctoral-level discussion. If sources are cited (not required), citations and references are expected.
