1) Using the readings, research articles, and excerpts from class discussions, and with as much specificity as possible, explain your interpretation of the term “mindfulness practice” (No more than one or two pages).
2) Based on the content discussed in this course, present how you would generally integrate the Eastern worldview and methodology into existing Western models of social work practice.
3) How would you apply these integrated concepts into social work practice with your current or intended client population? According to the literature, please speak to the level of effectiveness with this population, what considerations need to be assessed for, how mindfulness is specifically utilized, identifying some direct practice techniques and strategies, and how you may consider using them.
