Write 3 paragraphs: an introduction, a conclusion, a review of APA formatting.
The introduction and conclusion (Part 1) will be included in your term paper.
The paragraph on APA formatting (Part 2) will NOT be included in your term paper.

PART 1. Introduction & Conclusion Paragraphs
Write 2 paragraphs. Each paragraph must be 5 sentences long. It is a summary of your final paper, which includes your Week 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 Activities. The focus of your final paper is to demonstrate your knowledge and skills you gained in this class. You will be successful because of your knowledge, as well as your work experience and leadership characteristics. This is personal to YOU and should not be theoretical in nature. Please pull out your submissions for your Week 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 Activities and review each of them in preparation for the final paper. Scroll down and refer to the model example below.
Introduction
The first paragraph will be your introduction for the report. Write in complete sentences to summarize the knowledge you gained in this class: What does this report cover? Write one sentence each to summarize the major sections of the paper: Insert introductory paragraph of 5 sentences to cover each area of this report: economic principles and theories; financing and money markets; local area demographics and data research; trends in the real estate market; forecast of the real estate market; and strategies and solutions for the local area. Do not capitalize common words. Do not include citations. Write your thesis statement as the last sentence -- it should be regarding your real estate market forecast and your predictions for the local area.
Conclusion
The second paragraph will be your conclusion for the report. Start by re-stating the thesis statement from the introduction. Then, recap the major sections of the paper, just like you did in the introduction, except use slightly different words. Do not use any sources, citations, or references in the introduction or the conclusion paragraphs. It must be all your own original work.
