Overview
Two primary outcomes from completing this assignment:
1. Understanding yourself as a leader. – skills, knowledge, awareness and
personality traits
2. Understanding how others view you
Part 1 - Write a brief essay based on the assessment results – (attach all three Tests to your
written assignment submission). Below Self-Awareness Scale; incorporating the reading
material in the Covey book, Parts 1 and 2 (always properly cite in the text and provide
appropriate references in your assignments) respond to the following questions:
1) Describe who you are as a professional.
2) Identify your strongest leadership strengths - Natural Leadership traits and personality
characteristics helpful as a leader.
3) Identify some of your weaknesses or characteristics not yet developed - Personality traits and
