I do believe that everyone knows what's right and wrong before doing a crime. I do think that criminal behavior should be punished by the actions they done by harming others around them but as well causing harm to the society. I do believe that the justice system helps to focus on what is best for other around them but as well getting justice but as well the society. I do feel like if they don't punished I feel like they aren't facing their consequences, but as well they are still able to cause harm to people around them. I do think by being punished I do believe it too helps to prevent harm but as well it can manage criminal action.
A voluntary act is a bodily movement is performed by someone that is aware and results of effort or determination. For example if someone plans a murder for weeks that would be an voluntary act since they were resulting on do it. Voluntary act is there to help the law and be able to hold those you do their criminal with effort and hold them accountable. I do believe its different when its not voluntary act and it can involuntary act and that's when someone didn't have a choice at all. I do think the system can tell the different between the too when looking at case.
I believe when a person is hypnosis when committing a crime I do think that can be hard to prove when it a court room. I feel like we are going to have skeptical about it and can have different opinions. Now with multiple personality disorder I do think it might be hard when trying to gets the facts and they can try to say they didn't have no control before doing the crime. I do think that when a person as a personality disorder I do think they have care and shouldn't be a jail I do think they might know what were they doing but again they have different personality and it can happen that they weren't all there. I feel like its all about the evidence they have I do believe that it can be a tough one when to hypnosis and personality disorder.
I do believe that citizens can help others but without causes harm in a way. I do think that when it comes to duty to act, I feel like everyone can have their opinions and they might they think they shouldn't. I do believe that it can be helpful and be able to assist other but with harming themselves. I feel its an iffy question just because it can be 50/50 and trying to help out but then you can even putting you're life at risk even when you try not to. overall I feel like it can have its advantages but it also can have its disadvantages when doing "duty of act".
