Overview
In this week's lecture, I overviewed the Fifth National Climate Assessment. Please watch the video, review the website independently, and respond to the prompts below.
1. In what ways does your project contribute to a mitigation, adaptation, or resilience response to climate change? (Be specific and detailed)
2. The assessment makes use of data in making its advocacy for climate action. What kind of data are you planning to use in your projects? (Provide your data source or describe what you will collect) If you are not planning to present any data, please explain why it is unnecessary.
3. The assessment is interdisciplinary because it uses economics, climate science, health science, social science, technology, and historical information to frame climate issues and advocate for change to address "wicked" climate problems. What disciplines does your project emphasize, and in what way does this report help your project? If it doesn't help your project, explain why.
