In this chapter, we discussed the topic of lost or mislaid property as it pertains to theft. Discuss what, if any, circumstances, you believe lost or mislaid property may be kept by the finder. Does it matter what the item is? Does it matter the circumstances? Does it matter the value of the item? Does it matter if the finder "needs" the money more than the person who lost or misplaced the item (like money for instance)?
