Overview
part 1) What was the hardest reading you had for a course so far (if you don't remember the specific reading, you could say something about the class or topic).
Which strategies help you understand hard readings? Can you share some tips with classmates.
In life in general, what do you do to calm down and motivate yourself when you feel frustrated with a task that's hard to master?
Comment on two people's posts about something you learned from them, or similar strategies you have used.
Part 2) Use your discussion board post from last week (your observation about fashion) and my comments if you have received them in time to write a one page letter about Fashion around you.
You should try to embrace the satirical tone of Montesquieu's letter.
You should feel free to write in a more informal tone, using everyday language, since the letter could be written to a friend. Also remember that we probably don't speak like Montesquieu anymore to make fun of something
You should use your specific observations to try and make a more general commentary about society the way that Montesquieu does.
