The Three Violations would be for me is
1-Employment of unlicensed person is a serious issue because it mean the person may not have the poper trainning or knowledge to provide the safe and professional services this could put clients at Risk and harm the reputation of the bunsiness.
2-Another pick would be Disinfection Non- Electrical tools its important because these tools are used on multiple clients and proper disinfection ensure grems and bacteria don't spread. this process proctects clients health and keeps the workspace professional.
3-The last one I Picked it Disinfection Electrical tools because Electrical tools requries alot of speacial care to avoid damage. tools should be cleaned with disinfecting wipes or sprays designed for electrical equipment ensuring for client safety. this why it was very ineresting for me i want to make safe for my clinets .
Not having pedicure equipment cleaning log it shows that the salon or establishment is not following health and safety Regulation.
1-These logs are important because they prove that the tools are being properly cleaned and disinfected after each clinets which help prevent the spread of infection or illnesse. How can we avoid this fine would be one set up a logging system use a consistent format like a checklist to record every cleaning. 2- would be Train the staff make sure everyone knows the cleaning and logging procedures.3- would be follow state guideline to avoid mistakes.
Personally I haven't seen any Volantions but i know that things like not Disinfectiong tools or not maintaining cleaning logs are common examples of violations.
