Overview
I need to create a presentation (PP and key points), that demonstrate my ability to pinpoint performance issues, identify potential solutions, and measure the success of an intervention, based on the PDC-HS results.
I attached the Instructions for the assignment, as well as the PDC-HS document.
Read the instructions carefully to see what is required for each slide (suggestions from the professor during the last meeting are included in parentheses)
Slide 1: Title slide
Slide 2: Scenario slide
Slide 3: Pinpoint slide (pinpoint the staff behavior of interest to increase or decrease. Be sure the pinpoint is directly related to the outcome we hope to achieve, that way it all ties together and flow.)
Slides 4,5,6 and 7: PDC-HS slides. (Ensure that each of these slides addresses one of the four sections of the PDC-HS. For each slide, go through every question in that section of the checklist as it applies to the hypothetical scenario. Do not skip any questions. There are 20 questions in total, divided into four parts. Indicate whether each item is marked “Yes” or “No,” and complete any fill-in-the-blank sections based on the scenario. Be sure to cite the PDC-HS.)
Slide 8: Intervention slide. (Review all the questions marked “No” across the previous slides. Choose one of these areas and identify an intervention that would likely have the greatest positive impact on the supervisee’s behavior. At the end of the PDC-HS, last page, see recommended interventions.)
