Part I:
Pick a Supreme Court case from ScotusBlog issued within the past two years with homeland security law implications. Alternatively, please pick a recent homeland security story that has occurred since the beginning of this class and then discuss how this class has provided you with a deeper understanding of the legal issues raised by the news story.
