In 3 paragraphs, discuss why each of the ethical dilemmas can be very troubling for an organization.

• How can an organization help staff with ethical dilemmas when dealing with clients?

Part 2- After reading chapter 19, choose an organization with which you are familiar, and in 4-paragraphs discuss the following items in detail:

• The organizational culture;
• The shared values in the organization, and;
• As a manager in this organization, how would you provide guidance during troubled times?
