soon developed into an obsession- I love the fact that photography enables us to capture time, narrate stories, and expose the viewpoints that words cannot at times do.
📸 **Goals in Photography:** I am striving to build a solid body of work which would be both documentary and creative in terms of portraiture. I would also someday like to display my work or do visual projects that bring out social issues and beauty of the everyday.
👤 **Favorite Photographers:** I like the colorful accounts of a story by **Steve McCurry, and the strength with which a person can be depicted by a camera by a photographer, Dorothea Lange. I hope that I can be as good as they are at getting me emotionally connected by composition and context.
🎨 **Hobbies & Interests:** When not taking photographs, I like to write, watch football (go Chiefs!), and visit new locations, particularly with a camera on hand. I have also written some books and articles and, hence, storytelling is a huge aspect of my life in one way or another.
📷 **Photo Experiences:** I enjoyed taking candid street portraits at a local festival, which was among my favorite experiences. Their energy, colors and expressions were memorable - and it taught me much about timing and trust with the subject and the photographer.Ahead to study, and to be in all of your creative viewpoints! --- Feel like keeping it more relaxed, funny or even assignment specific!
