Step 1
Choose 1 of the following to conduct an interview:
- A community activist who works to build community relationships.
- A city or county government official who is responsible for community development activities.
Step 2
Make a list of at least 5 questions you will ask during the interview related to community relationships and activities. In addition to the questions you created, ask the following:
- What specific efforts they are making to increase the capacity of neighborhood organizations and groups?
- What types of relationships does the person believe are the most beneficial?
Step 3
Write a 3-page paper that includes:
- Who you interviewed and why you chose them.
- The questions asked during the interview, along with the answers.
Assignment Requirements:
- 3-6 pages.
- The paper does not need to be in APA format; however, all information gathered from sources must be cited in APA format.
