My rationale is to take on a Leadership and management role as a Chief Safety Officer (CSO) or Vice President of Health and Safety: In large corporations, graduates can advance to top executive roles, overseeing all aspects of environmental, health, and safety (EHS). They are responsible for setting global safety policies and integrating health and safety into the company's core strategy.

Program Description
The Doctor of Occupational Safety and Health degree program provides students with a flexible, relevant, and current curriculum that delivers a foundation for students to expand their theoretical knowledge and skills in the field of occupational safety and health. Program components offer students opportunities to expand investigative skills and perform data analysis. Graduates are prepared to contribute new knowledge in the field of occupational safety and health. CSU's Doctor of Occupational Safety and Health is a board-approved program by the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM).

I am Bipolar although I have completed and have been successful I have completed a Bachelor and a Master’s degree,worked jobs and established relationships which was not easy and I experienced come challenges, but continued my mental health treatment which helped me.

I have completed a Bachelor Degree on Honors 4.0 GPA
I have completed a Master Degree on Honors 3.9 GPA
I have utilized academic, and mental health support and resources. Also I have membership in the Honor Society,American Society of Safety Professionals and have worked at construction firms and safety firms.

I will continue my mental health treatment by scheduling appointments with my psychiatrist follow my treatment plan work towards meeting my goals and taking my medicine and attend mental help support groups. I will practice self-care by eating a healthy diet, exercising, sleep, meditation and not get overwhelmed and seek help if needed.
