Overview
Formulate a question related to eitherthe topic of your PowerPoint presentation assignment or your in-class presentation, or any one of one of the other topics discussed during the seminar. ● Once your question is approved, write a paper that answers your question. (8-10 pp., references included, typed, double-spaced, 1" margins;
● Your final paper should be submitted as a WORD document [saved with your name and Assignment #2], with your name and a title on the top of the first page.
● On page one, provide your name and a title for your paper that reflects your topic as a matter of social justice.
● Include an introduction in which you explain the issue and a selected author’s position on the issue. Decide whether you agree with the author(s) position and make your position clear. (~1 page).
● Present reasons for your position (4-6 pages) and reasons for opposing those who might disagree (1-2 pages).
o Employ the concepts of social justice studied in class
o Refer to at least two articles from the syllabus and relevant literature from your own research on the topic [limit 3 additional articles]. ARTICLES INLCUDED IN ATTACHED FILES
o Provide one or more case examples to illustrate your position.
● Conclusions (1 page).
● Provide a formal list of references in a consistent style.
● The paper should focus on answering your question by offering reasons for your position and reasons for opposing those who might disagree.
● Be sure to employ the concepts studied in the seminar and refer to literature from the syllabus and your own research on the topic.
