I do various jobs to keep busy. I do work as a producer, technical advisor for Craig Shoemaker, so laughter and comedy is part of my occupation. I also work for a Journey tribute band called DSB working with audio and video production for performances around the US and abroad. My skill set consists of audio and video production, music performance, creative problem-solving and acting as if I am not panicking when technology goes off the rails during a performance.
Music has always been an important part of my life; I enjoy singing, writing songs, recording songs, and creating new ideas. One hobby I enjoy is writing songs and children's books involving my dog, Bubba, who feels that every story should be about him. I also enjoy going to concerts, traveling and spending time with family and friends. A lot of my time is in Hollywood working on projects, most never get green lit, but still waiting for a project to get picked up. My favorite food is barbecue because if you are having a rough day, good barbecue will make it better. My favorite place is at a concert, whether working behind the scenes or performing.
I believe learning should be fun and I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories. I believe in looking for new creative challenges and experiences. I also believe that coffee should be classified as a food group, that dogs make life better and that technology may change constantly, but there will never be a time when something will not need to be unplugged and plugged back in.
I use to bowl semi-professionally. Until my arm and shoulder decided not to play anymore. My favorite movies and tv shows are, and these will date me, so be warned... My Cousin Vinny, Back To The Future, Weekend At Bernies, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, The Golden Girls, Friends, Alf, Knight Rider and King Of Queens. Halloween is my favorite holiday, while Christmas is my favorite season... Yes, Christmas is a season...
For extra giggles, enjoy a video I did a few years back as me being Paul Blart. Yes, I got kicked out of the mall for walking around and begging the security people to ride their segway.
Two truths and a lie:
1) Cloris Leachman attacked me, tipped me $100 and thanking her for a wild night.
2) Stood on a set at the backlot of Universal Studios with Brendan Fraser and waved to people in the trams as they drove past.
3) As a seat filler for an awards show, sat next to Tom Cruise and Jamie Fox, was later invited to an after party by Jamie Fox.
