2.Read the two Tax Court cases Allen and Hundley. Prepare a 3 – 4 page double spaced manuscript that answers the following questions:
- What are the common facts between the cases?
- What are the divergent facts between the cases?
- Why did the Tax Court render very different opinions in these cases when many of the facts are very similar?
