I have narrowed the topic down to The Role of Bankruptcy Restructuring in Facilitating Mergers and Acquisitions: A Strategic Analysis
Research Question: How does bankruptcy restructuring enable distressed companies to enhance their value for mergers or acquisitions, and what are the key considerations for buyers and sellers in these transactions?
The paper must be mergers and acquisitions specific in focus. Search for journal articles in professional accounting and business journals that pertain to this topic. Multiple scripture integrations should be applied to the paper's material when applicable. Superior use of reader focused aids such as summaries, abstract, table of contents, and an appendix should be included in the paper. There should be greater than ten academic, peer-reviewed journal articles included in the references/works cited for the paper.
