SAC #3.1
Compute your team's unit product cost (US GAAP) and then create a chart that shows unit product cost by item and by rounds (assuming the building is 100% for production). Once your chart is created, analyze the chart and provide management with information on what is influencing the changes in product cost for a specific product within a given period. Please include your discussion directly on the story in a text box.

Compute your team's market share (in % of sales revenue) and then create a chart that shows the top three sellers in the market (measured by sales revenue) by rounds. Once your chart is created, analyze the data and provide management with an explanation of the trends you are seeing. Also, provide management with a recommendation or insight into what your team can do or is doing to increase the market share for a specific product or within a specific region.

Compute your team's productivity and then create a chart that shows your team’s productivity by round. Once your chart is created, analyze the chart and provide management with an explanation and or insight into what is influencing the change. If your team’s productivity is low, you may want to suggest a recommendation to management on how to make an improvement.

Compute your team's gross margin & gross margin % (US GAAP) in the practice game (Nov 20 - 25) and then create a chart that shows your team’s gross margin & gross margin % by round from R1 to R3. Once your chart is created, analyze the chart and provide management with an explanation and or insight into what is influencing the change. If a team's productivity is low, make a general suggestions to management on how it can be improved. If your team's productivity is low, how is your team planning on improving it.

Create a visualization to explain the relationship between your inventory available for sale and your sales for each product. Analyze your chart and provide management with insight into how your team is managing inventory. If your team is managing inventory well, provide management with your team’s general process and procedures. If your team is not managing inventory well, provide management with a recommendation on what can be done to offload inventory and or manage the inventory better.
