Overview
I want you to write a financial analysis for a company. So the company is requesting to borrow money from the bank, so we need to create a financial analysis showing that the customer(company) can repay the loan. When writing the analysis, I aim to present the company in a positive light and highlight all its strengths. If there is a decrease in the Financial statement, I want to provide a positive explanation.
I have attached a sample of previous work for you to see how it's done. Compare between two year(2023 &2024). Create tables just like the sample and create breakups. Within the financial statement, there are notes of the balance sheet and income statement; use them to further explain your reasoning. (*Note: this company is involved in real estate and has three properties)
Don't forget to do the KFI table at the beginning of the analysis. I have attached a sample for it as well.
Also, I have attached a document that has all the summaries of all the numbers. It will show you the EBIT, EBITDA as well, instead of you having to calculate them.
Please follow the same structure of the sample with the same headings and add the KFI table
