Student 1- Hello everyone,
My name is Andres (Andy) Lopez, I am a father of four, three young women and one boy. My son is the youngest and in his last year of high school. Seven years ago, I decided to return to school to better position myself, as I coach at the high school level. I received a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management in 2023. I am pursuing an MBA, just like most of you, but I am not in the business world. I have been a truck driver for more than 20 years. I decided to pursue a master's degree so I can start my next chapter in life. Having a master's degree, I hope, will help me a little when entering the business or sports world.
Success can be interpreted in many ways. Driving has been financially beneficial, and I have great kids, which I consider a great success. I have a lot of free time because of my success in driving, which is why I am attending school now. I have the time to better myself, thanks to my success, which, in the end, will also be a success.
We are living in a new world, one that is very health-conscious. With that being said, PepsiCo remains a successful organization, particularly Frito-Lay, one of its divisions. We all know that, although some chips are good, they are also bad for us. Why are they successful? They sell to independent distributors and retailers, positioning themselves as a quick hunger fix. They also shift "toward health snacks; the segment has come up with offerings such as Stacy’s Pita Chips and Sabra, which offers packaged Mediterranean dips such as hummus" (Trefis, 2019).
Innovation is a key factor, as I mentioned. We are moving toward health snacks, and Frito-Lay is open to supplying what customers want. A key factor is that they target people across various demographic segments through their products. As people's tastes change or flavors evolve, Frito-Lay wants to stay ahead.
The other day, I was at Circle K and noticed that they had ketchup-flavored items. Additionally, they also offered chicken and waffles flavor in certain areas.

Student 2- Hello everyone, my name is jajuan . I live in Ohio. I am currently pursuing my MBA in human resources and I work for a financial institution currently. The worst success personally means that I am able or have reached all goals that I have set out. Each year I sent out goals and milestone that I set out to achieve so for me if I am reaching these goals and milestone I would consider that success in my eyes. Professional success means that I am prepared everyday to achieve goals and thrive.
An organization that I would consider successful would be Google. I say that Google is successful because this organization has been around for 26 years and almost 5 billion people use google in theirs day to day life weather be looking up a simple question, getting directions to their next destination or creating a slideshow. As the years continue, they create new products and improve the services they offer. Along with financial success I believe it is also important for companies to have success with their customers along with employee satisfaction
Student 3- Good evening everyone,
My name is Katisha Ross, but I prefer to go by Ross. I’m currently pursuing my MBA in Business Administration while serving in the Navy and planning for my future goal of opening a dog sanctuary that trains dogs for wounded warriors. For me, success means finding balance—personally it’s about being fulfilled in my family life and building something meaningful for the future, and professionally it’s about growth, creating impact, and leaving a positive legacy for those I serve.
An organization I consider successful is Apple Inc. Apple’s success comes from its ability to consistently innovate while maintaining strong brand loyalty. First, Apple has mastered customer experience, building products that integrate seamlessly with one another and create an ecosystem that keeps customers engaged. Second, the company’s commitment to design and innovation allows it to stay ahead of competitors and continually set market trends. These strengths have helped Apple maintain its reputation as a market leader.
While financial performance is often the primary measure of success, I believe there are other important metrics. Employee engagement and organizational culture are critical because motivated employees drive innovation and customer satisfaction. Additionally, customer satisfaction and brand reputation are vital since loyal customers sustain long-term growth. A truly successful organization balances financial strength with a healthy culture, satisfied customers, and social responsibility.
