Hi! The assignment includes finding a house in an assigned area. You must choose 2 houses, two Canadian financial institutions, take pics, include the link, and then run the financials based on the scenario given. There is an Excel worksheet for the financial. You must also do a professional Word doc of the details of the real estate (summary/conclusion).
