Overview
Please submit a memo that includes the following:
1) identifies whether the agreement has effectively addressed and incorporated the negotiated terms.
2) identifies what the agreement might have missed including any negotiated terms and/or terms that might not have been explicitly agreed upon but would be prudent to include for an employment agreement (from the employer's perspective) as well as terms that might not have been explicitly negotiated but could still have been useful to include (from the employer's perspective).
3) are there any problems with the contract as drafted? In particular, are there any internal inconsistencies (e.g., terms not consistent with each other, not consistent with known law, etc.) that could cause a problem?
4) any other consideration you might consider helpful.
