For your initial post, review the proposal provided at this A Business Proposal for the NSA website .
While this is a humorous example, there are certainly aspects that could be improved. If you were editing the proposal prior to sending it to the director of the NSA, how would you provide feedback to Sanford Kelson? Remember the revision stages necessary. Focus primarily on the “editing” items needed, rather than the “proofreading” tasks needed. At this point, you should focus on content, style, and order. Revise this informal proposal.
In response to your classmates’ proposed revisions, take on the proofreading step. This step should take into consideration the way the text appears, formatting, grammar, spelling, and punctuation. If the document is perfectly written (which rarely happens!), provide some feedback about revisions you might make to change style, tone, and clarity.
