Overview
Your assignment is to analyze two of the works of art from Lesson Fourteen.
First you should choose two sculptures from the lesson and look really closely at the work of sculptures and just think about what you see.Next you should write a paragraph about those sculptures. I would recommend further research on the sculptures using the internet, but remember this paragraph should be in your own words.
For the first sentence of your paragraph, tell me who made it, what it's called, when they made it, and where. For your second sentence I want you to tell me what you think the subject of the work of art is. For your third sentence tell me about the things you see in the artwork. Next you should analyze the artwork to see if any of the things in the work of art are an icon in any way, and if they are, what does that icon mean. And finally I want you to tell me if you like the work of art or not and why. Five sentences in each of two paragraphs.
