Thank you for the clearly-stated hypothesis as well as the cited academic material to back up the need for this study. I was a little surprised by the 1954 resource when we were talking about social media, but social comparison theory makes a lot of sense!
I do not know what Dr. Hakim recommends, but I prefer students to include citations for their key terms/definitions.
You have gathered a lot of pertinent content on this topic, and it will be intriguing to see where the study goes next!
