Topic:
With increased screen time and technology use, digital well-being has become an important focus in the UAE.
How do young Emiratis manage their digital habits, and what strategies do they think are most effective for maintaining a healthy balance between online and offline life?
First, include the name, and clearly mention that all responses will be anonymous, meaning no one will know who answered the questions. Also, inform participants that by completing the survey, they are giving their consent to participate.
The survey should include at least 12–13 questions, divided as follows:
- Demographic questions: 3–4
- Likert scale questions: 1–2
- Yes/No questions: 3–4
- Open-ended and/or close-ended questions: 3–4 each
