This electronic Legal Portfolio (Client Folder) is a digital record of each of the tasks carried out in the Legal Writing subject of the Associate Degree on Sciences in Paralegal Studies at Miami Dade College; it has been structured in such a way that it shows in an organized and systematic way the different communications, investigations, and procedures carried out in the legal field assigned by the class instructor.

The objective is to leave an electronic structure that reliably shows the diligence and responsibility demonstrated by the paralegal student in the development of the class in such a way that this is a solid foundation for their professional life in the field of law once they graduate and begin practicing their profession.

MDC's American Bar Association-approved paralegal studies program prepares legal students to meet the demands of the competitive world of law through the study and analysis of state and federal law, research assignments, practice cases, and application of the knowledge acquired in particular situations.
