- Create a PowerPoint presentation that includes:
- An overview of HCBHC and its current situation
- Key stakeholders identified during the simulation
- The organization's presenting priorities and goals
- Potential challenges or areas of concern
- Your team's initial recommendations or approach
- Next steps in the consulting process
- Be sure to:
- Incorporate information from both the "Client Start-Up" and "Engagement & Agreement" phases of the consulting cycle.
- Include detailed speaker notes for each slide to explain your analysis and thinking
