In today's rapidly evolving technology landscape, organizations must carefully plan both the management and acquisition of new technologies to ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems. This group assignment provides you with an opportunity to apply project management and technology acquisition principles to a real-world scenario.
For this assignment, your group will continue to build a BCP, developing a comprehensive project management plan based on a the Statement of Work (SOW) provided by your client. You will also create a supporting acquisition plan that outlines how to procure the necessary technologies and resources. This capstone project integrates concepts from previous units and requires thoughtful consideration of emerging technologies, project management methodologies, and acquisition strategies.
