Final Manuscript- attached is the last document with all highlighter necessary corrections. By this point in the program, you have written Sections 1 and 2 of your DNP Scholarly Project, had a successful proposal presentation and defense, and been approved through the West Coast University IRB (and project site, if applicable). You are currently towards the end of your implementation phase and collecting important data; by the end of this course, you will have a thorough analysis.
This manuscript submission should be the final, clean version of your proposal manuscript with all of the corrections and include all appendices.
Your appendices should be in order as they are mentioned in your paper [i.e. informed consent should not be Appendix A]. Appendices should include
1- Project-Site Supervisor Support Letter
2- Instruments/Tools
3- Permission to use Instrument/Tools if applicable
4-Informed Consent or Information Sheet
5-WCU IRB Approval Letter
6-Project-Site Approval Letter [or letter stating defers to WCU decision] **Mandatory
7- Full Intervention [remember, this is provided so that your project can be duplicated].

The submission is one (1) Microsoft Word Document. A table of contents and abstract are not required for the proposal manuscript.

Professor feedback: Your final manuscript demonstrates a comprehensive and well-integrated scholarly project. The abstract clearly and concisely presents all required elements, including the problem, purpose, framework, methods, results, and implications, providing a strong preview of your work.
Sections 1 and 2 are fully developed with clear alignment among the problem, purpose, PICOT, theoretical framework, literature synthesis, and methodology. Your organizational assessment, intervention, implementation plan, and data processes are detailed and logically connected. The results are clearly presented with appropriate use of tables or figures and supported by a strong narrative that directly addresses your clinical question. Your discussion thoughtfully interprets findings, connects to the literature, and clearly outlines implications for practice, supported by a well-developed conclusion. In addition, your sustainability and dissemination plan is realistic, detailed, and demonstrates strong foresight for long-term impact. APA formatting is not fully accurate or consistent, see paper and above comments.

Review your entire paper to see additional specific feedback and read all comments above for revisions needed. This includes your tables, figures and appendices section, Please add a table of contents on next page following your abstract . See attached template for this. Inclusion and exclusion criteria need to be clearly noted here. revise and add exclusion criteria spell out numbers except for data outcomes then use numbers. Tables and figures belong after the reference not in the body of your paper. Results need more narrative descriptions and move tables to end of paper not in the body of your work. Acknowledge weaknesses/limitations of the project. Discovery of process barriers/facilitators should be addressed. Key findings, including relevance to the project rationale stated purpose. Highlight strengths of the project. Address how this project may have potential for replication with adaptation in other settings and if so, under what conditions is this appropriate.
