- You prepared a draft statement and received feedback from your faculty and peers. Present your draft and then your revised statement.
- Compare the two statements, pointing out how you incorporated the feedback in the revision.
Build out a problem scenario and create a diagram.

- Develop the problem by writing a paragraph that explains a scenario that surrounds the problem. As Tom Wujec explains and as you learned in previous units, diagrams and maps help clarify your thinking surrounding the problem; they also help explain the situation to others.
- Review the diagrams and maps that were discussed in unit #5, and then create a diagram that describes your problem.
- The diagram should present connections and relationships between the different departments or areas that impact your problem.
- The diagram is to include the internal dynamics, such as departments and systems that impact the situation you are investigating, as well as the external factors, such as laws, regulations, environmental concerns, values, etc.
