Writing Question

Upload to Canvas as a Microsoft Word file the revised draft of your research paper. Below is a checklist to review before submitting your revised paper to Canvas. Your arguments and research should be clear, precise, coherent, logical, and convincing. This assignment offers you the chance to initiate or continue a research trajectory related to Ethics and/or Organizational Behavior.

1. This assignment marks the final and most significant part of this course. Your Final Research Paper is intended to showcase the knowledge and insights you have gained through your research, related to this course, and to your broader research interests. The paper should be 2000-2500 words, not counting the title page, abstract, or references.

2. Revise your final draft in light of your professor's feedback on the first draft. This submission should be more than just an extension of your earlier draft. It should reflect substantial learning and development, significant revisions and enhancements. While some parts of your first draft may be included in the final paper, a mere “cut and paste” is not what is expected unless warranted. The paper should clearly show that your research has evolved and that you gained new insights that have clearly affected your perspective, leading to well-considered conclusions in a comprehensive concluding section. Remember, in academic writing, the conclusion is crucial; thus, a brief paragraph will not suffice. It should embody graduate-level, research-based conclusions, not just a summary.

3. Your abstract should be your argument, or the content of your paper distilled to about one hundred to three hundred words. Convey the premises and conclusions of the revised version of your paper in short, specific, concrete form.

4. The revised draft, like all written assignments in this class, should be submitted in APA 7 format,
