Your First Post:
For your first post, address the following three questions about recruitment trends:
- How are recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and automation shaping the recruitment process, and what strategies can organizations use to balance efficiency with maintaining a personalized candidate experience?
- With the increasing importance of employer branding and social media in recent years, what innovative approaches can organizations adopt to attract top talent?
- Which of these trends are currently part of your employer's online recruiting strategy? Explain their success, or lack thereof, in recruitment at your workplace.
Remember: To receive full credit in this forum, you need to post a minimum of three quality posts (your own initial post and responses to two classmates). Be sure to support your initial response with at least 2 scholarly references to the background readings and use specific examples from the clips to illustrate your main points. If you borrow from subject matter experts (authors, speakers, etc.), be sure to give them credit by citing sources.
Your Subsequent Posts:
When you respond to two classmates, add a 100-word paragraph of interesting and new information to each of their initial discussions. Any form of greeting to classmates does not count in the required response word count.
Your discussion contributions will be assessed on the criteria from the grading rubric for this assignment.

- Use of Learning Resources: At least one of your posts (either the main post or a response) should reference course learning resources and/or peer-reviewed scholarly sources.
- Posting on Multiple Days: Your posts must be made on at least two different days of the module to encourage ongoing participation.
