This assignment is designed to help you understand how schools use assessment data to guide improvement efforts and how literacy leaders contribute to schoolwide decision‑making. You will analyze a School Improvement Plan (SIP), evaluate a school improvement process, and propose evidence‑based activities to support student learning.
