Overview
I have completed my PhD dissertation and I would like the last two chapters reviewed. I would like chapter 4 to be reviewed for the proper graphs to be added that will make the layout of the chapter more efficient. I have updated chapter 4 with the feedback that I received for the most part but am working to ensure it all profected. I would also like chpter 5 to proofread. I would like to get the appendexes and table of content updated.
