- Organizational Culture
- Analyze the culture in your organization, utilizing your research on Edgar Schein.
- Identify the various components of Schein’s approach including: artifacts, rituals, shared basic assumptions, values and espoused beliefs.
- Describe why these components are valuable in your organization.
- Evaluate the role of these components in organizational success.
- Identify any barriers and challenges with the culture as well as the strengths.
- Write a 4-to-5 page paper in APA format with a minimum of four references.
