As mentioned in your course syllabus, your CLOs for this course and this unit include (CLO 4) explaining an organization’s advantages offering quality services, (CLO 5 and ULO 5.1) promoting positive workplace relationships, dealing with challenges that can arise through gossip and false information (ULO 5.2) and (CLO 6 and ULO 6.1) explaining the dynamics of teamwork and mentorships.
In Unit VI, we focus on the value of an organization’s human resources (HR) in building and supporting a quality team of employees from orientation to evaluation and even eventual separation, whether through retirement or career change. This includes employee development, resources, and mentoring.
Using the resources included in this unit and the previous units, address each of the following prompts below, responding to 1 and 2 in well-developed paragraphs of no fewer than 3 to 5 sentences for each numerical sub-item:
