- What does it mean that this is happening in the LATE 1970s in New York?
- Why are Black residents seen as a threat at that time?
- What other neighborhoods/cities had redlining and exclusionary resident practices? List at least 3 cities in the USA (2 or the 3 must be outside of the Bay Area)
