I am in the nurse practitioner psychiatric program I’m going clinical so make it base on mental health. After you do the initial post I’ll send you my classmates post to respond too.
- PICO Questions and Reviewing the Literature
Directions:
- Share your practice question in PICO format.
- Describe how you will conduct a literature search. What databases would you search? What resources do you have available to search for the most recent evidence to support a change in practice?
- Explain why peer-reviewed and recent evidence (published within the last 5 years) is essential when changing practice.
Submission Requirements:
- Your initial post should be at least 400 words, formatted and cited in current APA style with support from at least 2 academic sources. Your initial post is worth 8 points.
- You should respond to at least two of your peers by extending, refuting/correcting, or adding additional nuance to their posts. Your reply posts are worth 2 points (1 point per response.)
- All replies must be constructive and use literature where possiblE
- 2. Evidence-Based Interventions
Directions:
- Provide a complete description of what evidence-based intervention you will implement as part of your proposed project.
- Include a minimum of three scholarly citations to support the intervention in this section. Remember that the intervention must be supported by research to change practice or to improve patient outcomes.
