Overview
1st assignment: Discussionn
Diversity and inclusion are no longer small and insignificant words that sound good strung together but offer little return when used. Today maybe more than ever before, there is a strong business case for acting on those words. Diversity and inclusion can be career-makers, business drivers, or failure points for all parties involved.

This discussion does not have a set prompt. Instead, you are expected to think through the three articles that you just reviewed and the recorded speaker interview, then offer a reflection and response to them in your initial discussion post. Apply the material to your own industry and offer at least one example. How do diversity and inclusion play a role in your future success?
2nd assignment: Vlog script
Self-reflection is an integral part of the process that allows you, the decision-maker, to be thoughtful in the approaches used in making decisions. Take a few minutes to reflect on the following, and connect your thoughts to ethics, the workplace, and organizations. Remember that these vlogs are an informal way for you to reflect, interpret, and internalize the concepts covered.
For the vlog assignment, reflect on the following:
What is social capital and why does ethics matter in society?
Create a 2-3 minute, self-recorded vlog response to the prompts
Note: you should explain the concepts naturally, in your own words, as if you were having a conversation with someone. When the presentation becomes too focused on definitions and facts, it loses the personal reflection that the assignment is designed to assess.
